You cannot impose an agile corporate culture. By transforming the organization in an agile manner, however, you can create the groundwork where a lively corporate culture can develop. We take responsibility for our employees and we created seven values which help agile corporate culture flourish. We implement this through various practices: both self-organized and team-based.
