Our projects are very diverse. In sectors such as automotive, banking, industry, insurance or public services, we advise on small to very large projects. We work with very heterogeneous technologies (Java, HTML5 / CSS, OpenSource, .NET, Oracle, etc.) and methods (Scrum, Kanban, V-Modell XT, etc.).
Around 330 employees
– sales of around 34 million euros in 2022
We, that is around 330 employees, generate together a turnover of around 34 million EUR (in 2022). We are particularly interested in open-minded people with a T-profile (generalists with a specific focus). For us, the employee always counts as a person – not as a resource.

and at home
Our office with a focus on IT consulting is located in Nuremberg. HR, marketing and our back office are also located there. Our consulting, R&D and customer relations work from Munich. We opened a branch in Warsaw in 2018 and a brand new Berlin office in 2022. Our consultants and testers work for and with customers throughout Germany and Poland. However, it is important to us that our employees can also work from home.
Foundation – our intention
Michael and Robert founded QualityMinds in October 2012. They asked themselves: “What doesn’t work often in the IT business?” The answer includes such key aspects as appreciation of employees, teamwork and innovation management. These issues are at the heart of QualityMinds. “We believe that people work better when they enjoy doing what they are doing and are passionate about their work. With QualityMinds, we want to try out new approaches as a company.“
