We are convinced that lived diversity and appreciation promotes the creativity of teams and the ability to innovate. Since founding QualityMinds in 2012, we have been actively promoting diversity in terms of developing an unprejudiced and open work culture.
To underline our commitment, we have decided to sign the Charta der Vielfalt.
The Charta is an employer initiative for promoting diversity in companies and institutions. The aim of the initiative is to increase the recognition, appreciation and inclusion of diversity on the German professional market. Organizations should create a working environment that is free of prejudice. All employees should experience appreciation – regardless of age, ethnic origin and nationality, gender and gender identity, physical and mental abilities, religion and world view, sexual orientation or social background.
We believe that an organizational culture in which diversity is lived as a matter of course leads to everyone involved contributing their potential in the best possible way. It promotes the variety of innovations and ideas that QualityMinds stands for.
