Today you will meet Jakub, who is a true digital nomad!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Name:<\/strong>&nbsp;Jakub Piasek<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job title:<\/strong>&nbsp;Devops Engineer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Joined QualityMinds in:&nbsp;<\/strong>March 2021<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>When I was younger, I wanted to become a:&nbsp;<\/strong>footballer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Education:&nbsp;<\/strong>I\u2019ve get a bachelor\u2019s degree in&nbsp;<strong>faculty automation<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>robotics<\/strong>&nbsp;at the University of Science and Technology (AGH) in Cracow, Poland. During studies I was an active member of the&nbsp;<strong>Formula Student Team<\/strong>&nbsp;(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.racing.agh.edu.pl\/en\/home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AGH Racing<\/a>) and I took part in building the&nbsp;<strong>first&nbsp;Formula Student&nbsp;electric car<\/strong>&nbsp;in Poland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Current project:&nbsp;<\/strong>I\u2019m working on infrastructure and continuous integration project for a leader in financial industry and for some smaller internal projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Favorite quote:&nbsp;<\/strong>\u201cEverything is hard before it became easy\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hobbies:<\/strong>&nbsp;Football and travelling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fun Fact:&nbsp;<\/strong>my girlfriend and I live as&nbsp;<strong>digital nomads<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 we do not have any specific place to stay. Each week or two we change a place where we\u2019re living and we really love it!&nbsp;In June we were in Romania, later we visited Bulgaria and currently we\u2019re in Croatia with plans to go further south (Montenegro, Albania, Greece) when the Autumn comes. We plan to come back \u201chome\u201d for Christmas and we already make a lot of plans for next trips.
