F\u00fcr unser QualityLearning Team z\u00e4hlt hierzu sicherlich die spannende Lernreise f\u00fcr F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte, die wir mit <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hellofresh.de\/cat\/hellofresh-familie\/unser-team-de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>HelloFresh DACH<\/strong><\/a> gemeinsam entwickelt und durchlaufen haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das innovative und ma\u00dfgeschneiderte Programm setzte sich zusammen aus <strong>Gruppenlernsprints<\/strong> und <strong>individuellen Lerncoachings<\/strong>. So konnten zwei der relevantesten Trends im <strong>Corporate Learning<\/strong> zusammengef\u00fchrt und genutzt werden: <strong>Lernen in Teams und personalisiertes Lernen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konkret sah das ganze so aus: In kurzen, intensiven Phasen &#8211; sogenannten <strong>Sprints<\/strong> &#8211; erarbeiteten sich die Lernenden in kleinen Gruppen ein Thema ihrer Wahl und f\u00f6rderten so nicht nur den Wissensaustausch im Bereich <strong>&#8222;F\u00fchrungskompetenzen&#8220;<\/strong>, sondern auch ihre sozialen und kommunikativen F\u00e4higkeiten sowie die psychologische Sicherheit im Team. In den individuellen Lerncoachings stand jeder:m Lernenden ein <a href=\"https:\/\/qualityminds.com\/de\/weiterbildung-agiler-lerncoach\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pers\u00f6nlicher Coach<\/a> zu Verf\u00fcgung, der dabei unterst\u00fctzte, pers\u00f6nliche Lernziele zu erreichen, Erwartungen (an sich und die Lernmaterialien) zu formulieren und diese in einen individuell zugeschnittenen Lernplan zu \u00fcberf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Getreu dem HelloFresh Learning Motto <strong>\u201cYou\u2019re in the Driver\u2019s Seat\u201d<\/strong> konnten die F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte so die Eigenverantwortung f\u00fcr das eigene Lernen \u00fcbernehmen und gleichzeitig von der Expertise des QualityLearning Teams profitieren. Im Ergebnis haben die Lernenden nicht nur tiefere Einblicke in f\u00fchrungsrelevante Themen erhalten, sondern auch gelernt ihren eigenen Lernprozess besser einzusch\u00e4tzen und zu verbessern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Besonders sch\u00f6n f\u00fcr uns war es, zu sehen, wie das Programm nachklang \u2013 sowohl bei den Teilnehmer:innen als auch bei uns im Team.
