The participants created a vision and a backlog, developed an agile manifesto and went through three sprints. They tried out the roles of Product Owner and Scrum Master, created user stories and reorganized them in the backlog. Learning reviews and retrospectives provided valuable insights. In a &#8216;design-think-a-thon&#8217;, the participants worked on real issues from their day-to-day work and developed concrete solutions.
