class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Name:<\/strong>&nbsp;Adina Beer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Job title:<\/strong>&nbsp;Software Tester<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Joined QualityMinds in\u2026<\/strong>&nbsp;2018<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>When I was younger, I wanted to become a\u2026<\/strong>&nbsp;ballet dancer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Education:<\/strong>&nbsp;after finishing a dance education, I actually worked as a&nbsp;<strong>professional classical ballet dancer<\/strong>&nbsp;in the Berlin Opera House. When I reached the peak of my career, I decided to go back to school to study&nbsp;<strong>Arts Management<\/strong>. After graduating I took a job as School Programs Manager for a&nbsp;<strong>ballet company<\/strong>&nbsp;with attached ballet school in Boston, USA. 7 years later I find myself back in Germany. Being a little worn out of the constant existential and financial struggles in the non-profit world, I was looking for an opportunity to switch into the \u201cprofit world\u201d and decided to take the job as an&nbsp;<strong>Executive Assistant<\/strong>&nbsp;for one of \u201cThe Big Four\u201d. There I first got into direct contact with IT as I was supporting the IT Advisory. Enjoying more and more working in an IT environment as well as looking for further challenges, I was given the opportunity to start my career as a software tester at QualityMinds.
