For us at <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/qualityminds.com\/qm-services\/quality-learning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">QualityLearning team<\/a><\/strong>, this certainly includes the exciting learning journey for managers that we developed and completed together with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hellofresh.de\/cat\/hellofresh-familie\/unser-team-de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HelloFresh DACH<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>The innovative and tailor-made program consisted of group learning sprints and <strong>individual learning coaching sessions<\/strong>. This allowed us to bring together and utilize two of the most relevant trends in <strong>corporate learning<\/strong>: <strong>learning in teams and personalized learning<\/strong>.<br><br>In short, the program looked liked this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">in three iterative circles of 4 weeks each, so-called <strong>\u201csprints\u201d<\/strong>, learners worked in small groups on a topic they considered relevant. This approach and in particular the monthly retros, moderated by the QL team, allowed them to not only share their learnings in regards to <strong>leadership<\/strong>, but also to promote trust and psychological safety in the team. In addition, each learner was given a <a href=\"https:\/\/qualityminds.com\/qm-services\/quality-learning\/education-opportunities\/training-to-become-an-agile-learning-coach\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">personal learning coach<\/a> who helped them formulate individual learning goals and translate them into a learning plan that met their respective needs, preferences and schedule<em>. <\/em>As a result, the learners not only gained deeper insights into topics relevant to leadership, but also learned to better assess and improve their own learning process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As this approach enabled managers to take full responsibility of their own learning, it was in perfect alignment with the HelloFresh DACH learning motto <strong>&#8220;You&#8217;re in the Driver&#8217;s Seat&#8221;<\/strong>.
