provides a compact overview of agile learning in companies: Starting from the scientific background to the concrete implementation of an agile learning setting in organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The concept of agile learning is fundamentally based on the realization that digital and agile transformation represent profound and lasting learning processes for employees, teams and organizations.\nCompanies are increasingly realizing that the growing need for learning in a volatile world can no longer be met with traditional standard training and development sessions, as these do not adequately take into account the individual needs, level of knowledge, resources and strengths of learners.\nQualityLearning, our team of experienced educators, psychologists and computer scientists, has therefore been working intensively for several years on the question of how learning, further training and personnel development must change and can be designed in a more contemporary way.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For Dr. Vera Baum, educator and Managing Director of QualityMinds, the answer to this question is clear: in an increasingly agile working environment, learning must also become agile. Agile principles such as personal responsibility, self-organization, reflection and continuous feedback are important elements and also shape agile learning. Together with the cultural scientist and German scholar Dr. Manuel Illi and the support of numerous other QualityMinds, she has now published the scientific principles, steps for successful implementation and her own experiences from various learning projects in book form.
