During the last years, the in-company training process has changed, not only due to digitization. In addition to the technical components, the work processes themselves, communication channels and the type of knowledge transfer and corporate education have evolved – the role of the trainer has naturally changed as well. Agility combined with new learning methods and formats make it possible to adapt the in-company training to the changed framework conditions and the needs of the trainees. They also enable active involvement of the learners in the design of their own learning processes.
