We take responsibility
Doing the right thing is one of our QualityMinds core values, which we live by not only with our customers and their projects, but also in all the many topics relating to sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
It is important to us to take responsibility and to make the best possible use of individual skills for the benefit of all.
We look at sustainability using the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). In 2015, the 193 member states of the United Nations agreed on 17 sustainable goals. The intention behind this is to reduce global poverty and combat inequality, injustice and climate change by 2030.

Our approach for a
sustainable working world
We focus specifically on goals 4, 5, 7, 9, 10 and 12 of the Sustainable Development Goals.
Goal 4: Quality Education
Agile learning is at the heart of QualityMinds and is shaped by our agile learning team (QualityLearning). With customized learning concepts, we support personal development and thus offer the opportunity for free development. We bring together what has been learned in new ways.
Goal 5: Gender Equality
In line with QualityMinds' principle of putting people at the center, QualityMinds is committed to equal rights for all genders and offers all Minds room to develop. For example, the proportion of women at management level is 30%, in line with the target set by the German government.
Goal 7: Clean Energy
Renewable energies are a key point for our industry to become active in sustainability. We have been using green electricity at all locations since 2019. To this end, we determine our potential electricity savings by drawing up a life cycle assessment.
Goal 9: Innovation and infrastructure
Quality improves our world – we are convinced of this.
Both in our projects and internally, we create innovative solutions for sustainable industries.

Goal 10: Reduces inequalities
We create joint success through flat hierarchies, fairness and open-mindedness. We are convinced that diversity and equal opportunities strengthen us. By hiring employees with diverse backgrounds, we help to overcome discrimination and prejudice.
Goal 12: Responsible consumpiton
We strive for resource-conserving behavior both internally and externally. For us, this starts with digitized documents and extends to energy-efficient software for our customers. In addition, our life cycle assessment enables us to constantly identify potential for improvement.
