Agility & learning

We think of agility and learning on four levels: individual, team, organization and society. Even if the focus is on the individual learner, from whom learning is designed, the big picture can only be grasped and taken into account when all levels are considered comprehensively.

Why “QualityLearning”? Bringing agility & learning together

In essence, this means that we develop innovative, adaptable and practical alternatives to traditional learning formats. We consistently put learners and their needs at the center and focus on creating added value for individuals, teams and the entire organization or company:

Iterative We are in constant communication with our learners and clients and plan next steps together.

People-centered We put people at the heart of their learning processes by finding out what is really important to them.
Based on this, we design materials and offers that are optimally suited to the needs of the company and the learners in order to achieve jointly planned goals.

Value-creating We develop small, functioning learning nuggets and get them to learners or into use as quickly as possible in order to create value as early as possible.

Empirical (experience-based) We regularly review our approach together with learners and clients in order to find out immediately which materials and offers really help.

I Want Change – the podcast about agility for non-techies

Are you one of those people who keep reading about agility but can’t imagine much about it? Are you curious about how agility can also be relevant for non-techies? Would you like to gain practical insights into how you can apply agility in your company or in your daily life? Then we at QualityMinds have just the podcast for you!

Retirement tsunami – what is it?

I Want Change Podcast Episode 3, Season 2:
What happens to companies when many people retire at the same time? Does the knowledge then also leave the company or are there enough successors with the same level of knowledge? Demographic change has been foreseeable for years – but what about the consequences?

Katharina talks about this with her colleagues Markus and Manuel in the third episode. What dangers, opportunities and processes play a role here? A little teaser: it’s off to the world of artificial intelligence.

What added value does agility & learning to think together create?

What do companies that work with an agile approach do differently from others?

We think of learning opportunities as products and develop them in an agile way.
This also means that we work closely with stakeholders/learners and start our work with a discovery phase.
This enables us to find out what needs to change for corporate learning and how we need to think about learning in order to best support individuals, teams and the entire organization in their specific contexts.

For in-company training, traditional formats are generally results-oriented.
This means that participants are presented with specific content that is agreed in advance without ever having spoken to the learners.
With our people-centred approaches, we focus primarily on creating added value for individuals, teams and organizations/companies.
This means that, in addition to learning content, we also enable people to apply what they have learned in their work practice in a way that creates added value for the company.

The combination of agility and learning supports employees in taking responsibility for their own learning goals and promotes the self-organization of their own individual learning (e.g. when choosing certain learning strategies).
Agility and learning can also promote a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Agility in L&D can be an answer to the increasing complexity and constantly changing requirements of the working world. We therefore advise L&D and HR departments, based on our positive experience, on how they can use agility profitably to develop the potential of their employees in the best possible way. Transformation processes, such as digitalization, are also becoming the new normal in companies due to social changes. Agility can help to support and drive these transformations from an L&D and HR perspective through learning. The use of agile principles and methods creates learning environments that help people to deal with new challenges quickly and efficiently. In the agile teaching and learning context, practices and behaviours are practised that facilitate the introduction to agile working, agile leadership and agile organizational development.

Future Skills Initiative.

One of the leading technology companies in the fields of electrification and automation was in the process of transforming itself into a learning organization with the “Future Skills Initiative”. Within the company, an atmosphere of openness, collaboration and creativity should help to guide employees along this path. Among other things, our project focused on creating agile learning opportunities and open spaces (e.g. communities of practice) in order to be able to deal with new technologies, innovative frameworks and future-oriented challenges (e.g. in the thematic areas of design thinking, business analytics, data visualization, sustainability and diversity). As part of the initiative, we developed successful formats and offers with an agile approach.

Meet the Team!

At QualityLearning, we know that the question of why we do something is often just as important as the question of who we work with . That’s why we’ve invested a lot of time and energy in putting our team together.

We want to make the world a little better with “agility and learning”. We are convinced that the combination of agility and learning is a basic building block for the future viability of companies. We are a diverse team with years of experience in training and further education as well as the use of agile approaches. With a strong focus on collaboration and innovation, we develop sustainable and adaptable learning solutions in collaboration with our learners and clients and – if desired – establish a new learning culture step by step.

We are convinced that the best way to get to know us is to meet us. That’s why we invite you to simply write to us directly and arrange a meeting – either on site in Munich, Nuremberg and Berlin or remotely over a virtual coffee.

Our team is constantly growing and we look forward to receiving your application – regardless of whether we have advertised a position or not. We are looking for people who are passionate about their topics and want to break new ground with us.

As an educator, I advise clients on the development of agile learning and teaching concepts and set up innovative and needs-oriented teaching and learning formats.
In my work as an agile learning coach, I also accompany learners on their individual learning path.
