Learning and AI – for you, your team and your organization

Strategic orientation, learning with AI, learning about AI

Learning with AI: increasing quality, securing the future

Shape the future of your company with a clear, strategic focus on AI enablement and the right learning opportunities. Our QualityLearning team and our AI team work together in the area of learning and AI. We believe that – despite all the risks – AI can improve learning, work and the products and services of companies. Used correctly, AI creates added value in processes and increased quality in outcomes.

As an IT and AI company with a focus on corporate learning solutions, we love software! The right focus and appropriate enablement is what is needed to guarantee success. In essence, this means that we recognize AI as an opportunity and use it profitably where it makes sense. We therefore think of learning and AI in three different dimensions:

  • Strategic orientation
  • Learning via AI
  • Learning with AI

Learning and AI – three dimensions

01 Strategic orientation: learning and AI with a view to the big picture

Together with you, we develop AI learning strategies that contribute to your company's strategic goals. Do you want to evaluate the future potential of AI applications, automate processes and improve quality? We support you in the development, implementation, integration and continuous improvement of the corresponding learning opportunities.

Strategic orientation

Why should AI enablement be an essential part of your corporate strategy?

The introduction and spread of AI is already having a similarly profound impact on processes, products and business models as the advent of the internet did a good 25 years ago. AI enablement prepares you for this change and ensures the competitiveness of your company.

AI applications are sometimes associated with enormous license fees. Employees and managers need AI literacy and skills such as critical reflection and technical knowledge for the effective use of AI. Only then will the potential of AI applications really pay off.

Are you wondering where in your company AI can deliver added business value in the future? It is important to identify those use cases and AI applications that are really worthwhile.

AI group learning sprint

A collaborative format that is aimed at teams (across departments and disciplines) is the group learning sprint, also known as group learning coaching. The topics of group learning sprints can be diverse: from more generalist topics such as “Learning and AI” and “AI in everyday working life” to specific discussions of individual AI tools.

Learning via AI

Why is a customized enablement necessary for everyone?

From February 2025, the EU AI Act will require companies that operate AI systems to do everything they can to ensure that employees have the necessary AI skills. This already includes the GDPR-compliant use of chatbots, for example.

Learning about AI goes far beyond simply mastering individual tools. With our explorative learning formats, we enable employees to get to grips with AI – hands-on and practical. This contributes significantly to a reflective and ethically responsible approach to AI.

Due to the dynamic development in the field of AI, central decisions are often unable to capture all the possibilities. Employees must be involved in the exploration and introduction of AI from the outset.

Podcast: AI-supported knowledge transfer

Retirement tsunami – what is it?

What happens to companies when many people retire at the same time? Does the knowledge then also leave the company or are there enough successors with the same level of knowledge? Demographic change has been foreseeable for years – but what about the consequences?

Katharina talks about this with her colleagues Markus and Manuel in the third episode. What dangers, opportunities and processes play a role here? A little teaser: it’s off to the world of artificial intelligence.

AI Explorer Journey

The AI Explorer Journey is a practical and explorative learning format for companies that want to find out specifically where and how artificial intelligence (AI) can create real added value in their own corporate context. It offers participants a structured framework for testing AI tools, developing use cases and strategically evaluating them by focusing directly on the company’s specific challenges and potential.

Learning with AI

How do I use
AI in learning
profitably
use?

The unmanageable number of AI applications leads to excessive demands and disorientation in many areas – for HR and L&D teams as well as for learners. Some tools that have been developed specifically for the learning sector already achieve a high level of quality. Other applications, on the other hand, only superficially integrate AI functions without creating any real added value for the learning process.

Through scouting, we help you and your learners to maintain an overview, select suitable tools and use them effectively – for sustainable learning success and the sensible use of AI.

One example of this paradoxical development is the ability to create learning videos in just a few minutes using tools such as Synthesia or Pictory. However, learners often report that they enter these videos or their transcripts into other AI systems in order to extract the core topics in the form of bullet points. The integration of AI in learning processes is effective if it fits in with the learning objectives, the didactic methodology and the needs of the learners.

Why we are the right partner for you when it comes to AI:

As an experienced software company, we have been advising companies for over ten years on the selection and introduction of digital tools – both in the learning sector and in all other business software areas. In doing so, we not only bring in-depth technical expertise, but also an understanding of the specific requirements and challenges of modern companies.

With our AI team and data scientists, we even develop our own AI applications in the field of knowledge transfer and knowledge management.

We have also specialized in the field of self-directed corporate learning for over eight years. With our agile learning approach and agile learning coaching, we offer proven means and methods to support people beyond pure tooling. Our goal is to help them get the most out of AI tools – be it for individual learning, team training, community learning or company-wide learning strategies.
