Agile learning coaching

Your path to knowledge and skills

Agile learning coachings are customized one-on-one sessions that guide you to the exact learning outcomes you want to achieve. Whether you want to master certain technologies better, learn a language or improve your leadership skills – with an agile learning coach you will develop an individual plan for a 3-month learning sprint in which you will achieve your goals quickly and easily.

Agile learning – independent and self-organized learning

Learning something and then being able to apply it is very motivating. Being able to act agilely and dynamically, even when a situation is new and challenging, is also a great thing. That’s why we combine agility and learning in such a way that something new can emerge.

The learner is consistently at the center.

Personal responsibility and self-organization are the important principles.

Learning objectives, learning materials, formats and settings are chosen independently.

Learning is individualized, needs-oriented and practical.

Learning, exercise and practice are inextricably linked.

Personal and individual support and metacognitive training by an agile learning coach are key elements.

Collaborative and cooperative learning are important components.

In terms of time, the learning process is structured in manageable, iterative phases.

Continuous feedback and evaluations ensure rapid adaptability.

At QualityMinds, individuals can get to know agile learning in two ways: by going through an agile learning sprint to learn something new themselves or as part of training as an agile learning coach.

In the first case, you embark on your own learning journey and work with an agile learning coach to develop personal learning goals, suitable learning strategies and ways to achieve future learning goals faster and better. Learning takes place in short, iterative cycles known as sprints. In each sprint, you set specific learning goals and pursue them at your own pace. Over time, you improve your learning process and recognize exactly the learning strategies that suit you and your current needs and goals.

Particularly popular topics that our learning coaches tackle again and again are learning or perfecting languages, acquiring programming skills or using agile project management tools.

Further training

Agile learning coach training

If you are really enthusiastic about agile learning and want to help others to develop their full potential, we recommend training as an agile learning coach.

This makes you a learning companion for other people and supports employees and colleagues on their individual learning journey, for example.

During your learning coach training, you will acquire in-depth knowledge in the areas of learning theory and pedagogy, coaching and learning support as well as agility. You can apply what you have learned in practical exercises and exchange ideas with other participants in our Community of Practice. As an agile learning coach, you become a key figure in an agile learning culture.

About Our Book:

Digital and agile transformations are learning processes for employees, teams and organizations. Many companies are realizing that the associated learning needs cannot be met with traditional standard training and development meetings. But how can learning, training and personnel development be organized in an agile way? In our book, our authors Dr. Vera Baum and Dr. Manuel Illi provide scientifically sound answers and practical tips for the concrete implementation of an agile learning approach. They show how learning coaching and agile methods can be used to make learning processes more efficient, needs-oriented and sustainable in the corporate environment and how a self-directed learning culture can be successfully established.
