Quality Radar – transparency in quality assurance activities
Transparency and communication: In this workshop, you will get to know a method that makes your activities for software quality visible and can thus identify possible fields of action!
How can we measure software quality and, above all, transparently present our activities in relation to software quality?
The ISO 25000 standard for the assessment of software quality has defined both internal and external software quality.
– Internal software quality: Visible through access to the code
– External software quality: Visible through use of the software
But one question often remains unanswered: how do we know that external software quality is just right? This is where the concept of “brand quality” comes into play: brand quality becomes visible through user feedback such as TrustPilot.

Focus on quality
The challenge: we have to set priorities because time is limited.
Prioritizing internal software quality automatically comes at the expense of external software quality and vice versa.
Prioritizing one type of quality has different consequences for future productivity.
This is what the Quality Radar answers
In this workshop, we will assign your existing activities to the three areas, evaluate them together and identify areas for action that are still open.
How can we measure external software quality at all?
In which areas is our coverage sufficient – where do we have blind spots?
Do we perhaps already know how we can repair them?

What is an agile learning coach?
What distinguishes agile learning from traditional learning? How does an agile learning coach actively support digitalization? We have summarized all the important information for you here:
01 Agile learning vs. traditional learning
Traditional learning is structured and static. It follows a set curriculum with clear steps. Teaching content and methods are determined in advance and remain constant over longer periods of time. Agile learning, on the other hand, is flexible and adapts to changing needs and requirements.
02 Agile coaching vs. agile learning coaching
As an agile coach, you focus on the optimization of agile work processes, team dynamics and the application of agile principles in project management. You therefore focus on processes. You are also more method-oriented and use agile methods and tools such as Scrum, Kanban or Lean to support teams in the implementation of their tasks and projects. As an agile learning coach, you focus on the personal and collective development of learners, support the development of learning strategies, reflect on learning successes and promote continuous learning. So you focus on the learners themselves. To this end, you will draw on pedagogical, psychological and agile approaches to help learners develop self-organization, problem-solving skills and motivation to learn.
03 Agility for the digital transformation
As an agile learning coach, you support your company's digitalization process. You help individuals and teams in companies to adapt to change. You will also help them to react flexibly to new technologies, working methods and processes by acquiring the right skills in a very short space of time.
