Test Automation Engineer

Collaborate with the business team to ensure common understanding of needs

Analyze project documentation and functional requirements

Creating/maintaining the testing framework

Writing automated tests based on the business requirements both for UI and API

Creating/maintaining test pipelines, analyzing test reports

Preparing test documentation like reports, strategies, etc.

Sharing the knowledge within the team

At least 5 years of experience in software testing (must have)

At least 3 years of experience in Automation Testing

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math, or related fields

Practical knowledge of at least one testing framework (ex. Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, etc.)

Good proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, Typescript or other

Practical knowledge of DevTools in Chrome and in other browsers

Experience in testing API using tools like: Postman, YARC or similar

Experience in creating test pipelines in Jenkins, AzureDevops or other tool

Practical knowledge of Git

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of SDLC and role of testing

Practical knowledge of various testing techniques

Familiarity with test management and project management tools

Eagerness to learn and team-player attitude

Willingness to share knowledge within the team

Capable of working effectively in international and multicultural teams

Native or bilingual proficiency in Polish (mandatory)

Fluency in spoken and written English (minimum B2 level, mandatory)

Fundamental understanding of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies

Proficiency in Gherkin language for defining test scenarios

Experience with the Cucumber framework for implementing BDD practices

Practical knowledge of Docker (creating Dockerfiles, images, etc.)

Experience in test approach preparation and test documentation

Experience in preparing test documentation

Basic knowledge of SQL

Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies

ISTQB Foundation certificate

Fluency in spoken and written German
