4 principles that make happy colleagues

People achieve good results only if they enjoy working. With us you will find a creative environment that gives you a lot of freedom to realize your task. These four principles give us a margin of freedom:

We live the enthusiasm for technology. After the trial period, each QualityMind receives a hardware of their choice (Apple or PC). We only use cloud-based systems (Dropbox, Basecamp, JIRA, etc.). Remote work is possible in our company, provided the customer project allows it.

People over revenue

We value a strong team spirit. Numerous team events (snowboarding, barbecues, find the bug sessions, etc.) help us with this. We also organize and attend many community events (such as conferences, workshops, etc.). Further education and the development of every Mind are hot topics for us.

Test new things

Every one of our Minds is encouraged to try new ways, like for example, unconventional business strategy, crazy ideas for methods or products, or through innovative solutions to everyday problems.

Open mindedness

In order to dare to try new things and to live a healthy culture, each of us should be able to think without restrictions. For example, we want to break with the usual “standards” (such as 9a.m. to 5 p.m. job, remote work is bad, etc.). Everyone should work independently and get the necessary prerequisites!

The way to us

The way to become a Quality Mind is very simple:

Send us your application by email or website upload.
If your application has won us over, it won’t be long before we meet you in person via video conference. Then we decide together whether we can imagine taking the next step.

Then comes the best: our “Meet the Minds Day”. We invite you to us. This gives all of us the chance – without time pressure – to exchange professional information in the office in a pleasant atmosphere and, above all, to get to know each other better. And when everything fits on both sides, then you simply have to become a QualityMind!
