What are values and why are values so important not only at a personal level but also at the company level?
What are my personal values?
What are our company values and how can we live them even better in the future? How do my personal values fit in with these company values?
We address these questions in the value workshop. It is aimed at companies which take a closer look at their own values and want to put them into (even) better practice. The focus is particularly on the values of the employees – because as a company, it is important to recognize the values of individuals and to align everyone together towards a common goal.
