QualityLearning is backed by an interdisciplinary team of experts in Corporate Learning, working with a passion for quality and innovation in professional training. Our expertise is based on years of experience in science and research as well as on solid practical implementation in everyday business life, in Software Development and in Instructional Design. We live in an agile way and we put agile values and methods for the development of employee’s potential in the foreground not only with our customers, but also in our own teams. We have been successfully implementing this approach since 2016 – among other things it consists of our agile teaching and learning methods and an individual learning coaching program. This way, we can support employees effectively and individually in their learning process in the work context.

Levels of learning
There are many aspects of learning. At the centre of the learning experience there is a person, whose individual learning process should be comprehensively supported and structured in the best possible way. However, it is not only the individual that learns but also their multi-layered surroundings. The individual can be part of a team that, for example, learns how to shape their team interactions in order to improve communication. The team, in turn, is part of an organization that, for example, is learning how to grow or change its strategy. The organization itself is ultimately set in a society, which can learn on the basis of various factors.

As we see it, successful learning in the company involves individually learning employees as well as learning teams and organization as a whole. Learning objectives, learning materials, formats and settings are then made available on demand and on the job depending on the needs and prior knowledge as well as the contextual conditions. The iteration of compact learning phases with clearly defined goals (learning sprints), personal learning support (learning coaching) and prompt feedback (retrospectives) ensure continuous and verifiable progress. The process is always open and adaptive to change. Our solutions are able to adapt equally effectively to individual learners as well as collaborative formats (Communities of Practice, Working out Loud method) and more or less formal meetings (workshops, conferences).

Every learner and every learning environment is different. We thoroughly analyse the framework conditions, the learning needs and the resources in the company. Then we will design a vision together with you and work out concrete steps for implementation.
Agile learning concept
We have refined a learning concept that enables a personalized and agile learning and development process in the company. With our training to become an Agile Learning Coach, you can establish self-directed, agile learning in the organization while supervising individual learners and successfully accompanying a large number of them. This way you will find out how to support and motivate learners and teams. Our training system is based on the latest research results on learning theories and on agile methods.
Development and prototyping of learning and teaching concepts
Based on a precise analysis, we use the QualityLearning approach to develop learning concepts and training programs. These are specially tailored to the needs and requirements of the apprentices in the company. We accompany them during the implementation and monitoring and we give long-term support.
