Now is the right time to learn! Because of the corona pandemic, many people are working from home, whether they want it or not. Social distancing, remote work and short-time work can give you a direct impulse to reflect on your own state of knowledge and personal development. Perhaps you can finally concentrate on otherwise neglected topics? You could, for example, bring your own specialist knowledge up to date or learn something completely new? We can support you in this.

The Agile Learning Coach is always by your side, even in the home office

When learning, many automatically think of face-to-face meetings, seminars or training courses. It is unclear whether these offers will still take place in the conventional form after the corona pandemic. This is where our offer comes in: as QualityMinds, we have extensive experience with both remote work and individual learning coaching and we want to share this experience with you and your team. That’s why we created a short-term opportunity that we normally only implement in a larger learning setting. You can now try out agile learning coaching for yourself and your team and embark on an individual and self-directed learning journey.

  1. Individual support from an Agile Learning Coach
  2. Three months per learning phase
  3. A personal kick-off and planning discussion at the beginning
  4. A personal review / retrospective conversation towards the end
  5. Up to two short interviews
  6. Support with research and provision of learning materials by email or online tool

What does agile learning coaching look like in simple terms?

We provide each learner with a personal Agile Learning Coach for three months. This enables a short-term start.

Agile learning coaching simple term #1
The Agile Learning Coach accompanies you individually via video calls while defining your own learning goals in a kick-off and planning conversation at the beginning of the learning phase. You will also receive tips and tricks on how the learning objectives can be successfully divided and implemented.
Our Agile Learning Coach supports the procurement of materials if needed (if you want to acquire knowledge, for example) and provides assistance in choosing suitable learning methods.

At the end of the learning phase, the learning coach conducts a personal review and retrospective conversation with the learner in order to reflect on the progress and to draw conclusions for the future.
Our learning coach is available as a sparring partner for three months to support you in all aspects of learning; they will also available for up to two short periodic interviews.

Invoices are issued per three-month period and per person. Feel free to contact us for special conditions when commissioning more than nine people.
